Minutes for the Board of Directors and Executive Committee meetings are internal union documents available for review ONLY by MCCC union members. They are not for general or public distribution. Distributing or showing these minutes to non-union members shall be considered a violation of this agreement and a violation of MCCC policies. Minutes may be made available to non-union members (for example, to our MTA consultants) by the Secretary if deemed appropriate or necessary for the benefit of MCCC. While MCCC has made these minutes available online to you as a union member, the MCCC Secretary retains the authority over the maintenance and accessibility of minutes.
