Leadership will share with administration.
  1. E5 Update-
    1. Due at the end of semester
    2. Little detail required
      1. Autumn reports that she discussed the detail of E5s with Dennis Fitzgerald from statewide; he advised not to include a high level of detail in E5s, leaving out specific numbers of hours and not to include union work that was not with management. Also, office hours should not be listed.
  1. VPN Update
    1. Emily spoke with Paul Jefferson; VPN is necessary for remote work so that the college can keep its cyber security insurance
  1. Contract Action Team Representative Report
    1. Kimberly Griffiths reports she met with the CAT Team with other Mass community college representatives; they are closely watching the Day Contract negotiations and are planning a series of steps in response to management’s inaction on negotiations

If this passes, it will mean that A sections can be offered in the evening and during the summer.
